World Heritage For Cornwall
In 2006 a significant part of Cornwall was designated a World Heritage Site in recognition of its rich mining past. South East Cornwall features prominently in this award which should aid the protection and restoration of many buildings and former mining sites associated with this historic part of our County's heritage. Much of Bodmin Moor is included in view of its ancient settlements and evidence of mining from many centuries ago. Trengrove Barn is ideally situated from which to visit and enjoy this unique area. |
